Bruschetta with Greek graviera cheese from Crete and grilled vegetables
The whole flavor of traditional Greek Cretan cheese graviera in a bruschetta with many vegetables.
8 slices of bread
8 slices of traditional Greek spicy Graviera cheese from Crete
4 yellow peppers
4 Florina red peppers
4 tablespoons olive oil
8 leaves of fresh basil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 cup. olives
We dice the vegetables into thin slices and bake them in a pan until tender.
Spread half tablespoon of olive oil on the slices of bread, add the traditional Greek Graviera cheese and place them on the grill until toasted and cheese is melted.
Spread the melted cheese, the olives and some rosemary on the vegetables.
Sprinkle some olive oil and add fresh chopped basil on top.
