
An aromatic vegetable related to the carrot and fennel, whose edible leaf-topped stalks grows in clusters, joined at a common base. The pale green or white stalks grow to approximately 30 cm in height, are crunchy with a delicate, slightly salty flavour, and offer multiple health benefits.
