
A tall, aromatic plant which grows freely in Northern Europe and the United States. Its dark green leaves are divided into 3 parts, which are further divided into three leaflets with serrated edges, and its flowers are small and yellow-green in colour. Angelica is used widely for cooking and in herbal medicine.
