Ελληνική φρυγανιά από σιτάρι, κριθάρι ή σίκαλη, συνήθως ψημένη δύο φορές, και πολύ σκληρή. Είναι πολύ δημοφιλή στη Κρητική κουζίνα, όπως για ντάκο.
