Lemon grass (Citronella)

Lemongrass and Citronella are closely related species of tall, green, perennial grass, with a subtle, citrus flavour. Both can be used fresh, dried and powdered, or for their essential oil, in teas, as culinary flavouring, or as pesticides and repellants, in soaps and as antiseptics.
