Borage

Also known as Starflower, a hardy, annual herb with hairy, cucumber-flavored leaves and blue flowers, common throughout the Mediterranean, Europe, Asia Minor, North Africa and South America. Traditionally it is used, fresh or dried, in cooking and herbal medicine, but now used mainly for its seed oil.
