Butter the baking pan and lay the phyllo so that the sides of the pan are covered as well, butter the phyllo and pour the custard in the pan on top of the phyllo.
Then turn the phyllo from the side of the pan on the custard to make a crust.
Bake in a medium temperature oven until it makes a golden crust.
While it is warm sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon.
Use goat milk if you have lactose problems
