Kopanisti Cheese Pie

Kopanisti is made in the Cyclades islands and is often used for its distinct flavors in pies.

Συστατικά

500 g whole-wheat flour,
½ cup water,
2 Tbs olive oil,
250 g Kopanisti cheese
100 g myzithra (cream cheese)

Οδηγίες

1.  Mix the flour, oil and water into dough.

2.  Leave it for about ½ hour and roll out a thin sheet of pastry.

3.  Spread the different kinds of cheese over half the pastry and fold it.

4.  Cut into the shapes you prefer and fry the pies over a medium heat until light brown.
