A tasty, easy garlic prawn recipe that everyone will love.

- 350-450 gr large raw prawns
- 2 red chillies
- 75 ml (5 tbsp) olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 Tb chopped parsley

Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, leaving the tails intact. Halve each chili lengthways and discard the seeds.
Heat the oil in a flameproof pan, suitable for serving. (Alternatively, use a frying pan and have a warmed serving dish ready in the oven.)
Add all the prawns, chili and garlic, parsley to the pan and cook over a high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring until the prawns turn pink.
Season lightly with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Serve with rice or a green salad.
