Fussili with sundried tomato sauce, mozzarella balls & herbs

This fresh Bocconcini pasta salad is made with just five simple ingredients. An super easy to do summer recipe with great taste!

500 gr fusilli
250 gr. sundried tomato sauce
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
20 mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
1 bunch fresh basil leaves, shredded

olive oil
2-3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
salt & freshly grated black pepper

Boil pasta in salted water and drain. Toss with olive oil. Add sundried tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and basil. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar, toss and serve.

Tip

You can use regular tomato sauce as well.
