Bonito

A medium sized, swift and predatory, migratory fish in the mackerel family with a long, round, streamlined body, a pointy snout and a forked tail. The back is blue-black in colour and striped, and the belly is silver/white. The meat is firm and quite dark, with moderate fat content.
