Ilia Mamalakis is a renowned connoisseur on cheeses and food in general. He is the author of many books and is a consultant chef for one of Athens’ most successful restaurants. Mamalakis’ other endeavors include being a journalist for magazines ELLE and MENOU, hosting a radio show on SKAI station and a TV game-show on MEGA channel, as well as acting as a consultant for several food companies.
